Out of the Box

Multiple cameras, fewer cable runs, and even fewer headaches.

“Doing more with less” is the basic concept behind Power over Ethernet (PoE) extender camera technology. In security and surveillance applications, anything that makes system installations easier translates to time and money saved.

PoE extender camera systems draw power and network connectivity from a single Ethernet cable plugged into a centralized network switch. For new installations, integrators can run two PoE cameras per cable, reducing the number of ports and switches required. For system retrofits, simply replace currently installed models with a PoE extender camera and connect it to your network.

Hanwha Techwin offers PoE extender camera options for any project or system requirement, with vandal-resistant, network dome models from 2 to 5 MP for any indoor or outdoor application.
